Any recommended highrise condos in a central location? Budget is $1 million and space is not really a consideration. I'm looking for something newer (built within last 10 years) and architecturally interesting or at least not too cookie cutter.

Also, I've noticed that condo fees seem pretty high in Dallas? Was I just looking at some weird condos or is there a reason for that? Thanks.

Take a Look in Turtle Creek. There are multiple high rise condo buildings there
Vendome
Claridge
Plaza One & Plaza Two
Mansion Residences
Mayfair
The Renaissance
The Warrington
3525 Turtle Creek

Others would be:
La Tour (Uptown)
Azure (Harwood District)
1999 McKinney (Uptown-LoMac)
The W (Victory Park)
The House (Victory Park)
Ritz Carlton Residences (Uptown)
One Arts Plaza (Arts District-DTD)

The HOA Fees will be higher in the more expensive buildings due to the amenities provided.
24/7 Valet, Security, Front Desk
Maintaining the Amenities & Common Areas
Special Events for Homeowners

Thanks. This is helpful. On closer inspection, the HOAs seem high as a % of the property price, but not on a sqft basis. Condos in Austin are much more expensive per sqft.

My two recommendations are The Beverly and especially The Residences at The Highland
