CoServ is mandatory in its area. I personally am very happy with them. Not the cheapest b ut not the most expensive, v ery stable, no big changes in my bill, can average-bill after a few months. Water and garbage and sewer are through the town, no choice. I have Grande internet and TV, much better than ATT Uverse. Cheaper, customer service people in Texas, more stable.

I called Grande and unfortunately they are not in the Frisco Hills subdivision. Those prices and those speeds are amazing.

Speaking of Frisco hills what utility companies are available? What about internet?
