Default Anna/Melissa area

Hi y'all:

I was wondering about the Anna/Melissa area, is it nice?, I understand they are small towns but any chance of these places developing into suburbs!?
Drawing a parallel, when I lived in Houston, the NE suburbs were very nice just like NE Dallas suburbs, but when you got to a certain point of the highway going NE, Highway 59, it is almost like suddenly, it changes from pretty nice suburbia to small Texas cowtown with no appeal whatsoever. Is McKinney kind of like the border I am looking for? In Houston, when you get to Kingwood, all of the sudden it turns from upscale suburbia to sleepy, rundown old Texas town with no appeal whatsoever.. I hope this makes sense

To me, McKinney has developed into a suburb and Anna and Melissa are still rural small town Texas although there are some new houses being built there.

RandylovesFrisco is on a distinguished road
There are several communities that popped up in that area...Google new home communities in Anna/Melissa and see what you get...Still I would agree, not the growth that the other area's have seen...

It is just a matter of time before they are suburbs. Mckinney right now is the end of the suburbs imo.
