After reading through many posts- as soon as 'diversity' comes up, it's a powder keg of a term. Then 'Affirmative Action'. Then next someone calls an area 'Ghetto' without any appreciation for what the term actually means and just mean that it's mostly Black or minority (although I haven't seen Barrio used).

After having my wife's boss ask why we didn't move to Oak Cliff (for no other than the obvious reasons) Dallas seems very set in it's ways.

Park cities will remain economically homogenous (not I didn't mention race). Southlake and Westlake will carry the flag up north. The battlefields will remain in the middle in Plano/Las Colinas/Addison.

And if I see another posting for Black flight vs. White flight...You can only expect people to do what's in their own best interest and what's within their means.

Sometimes a banana is just a banana.

Excuse me, while I try to get HPISPD to give my kid all the days of Kwanzaa off...
