Default Any one familiar with Meritage homes
Hi,
I am planning to but a a meritage homes spec home on eldarado pkwy in frisco. They have a some good price for large homes but I am not that positive about the location/community and home appreciation. Does any one know about this builder.

Most of Meritage's advertised upgrades are considered as standards for luxuary builders. That's why their price is cheaper. Meritage home may be good for starters.
