Don't think that's actually in Lakewood. Isn't that area Old Lake Highlands?

Interesting house, nonetheless. I am still trying to wrap my brain around that sunroom-type area. It looks like the front door leads directly into it.

It is Old Lake Highlands.

The description on another website calls it a "New Orleans style atrium". It looks like the house wraps around a stone floored atrium. There are definitely back yard pics there, too.

notice the wire screening on some outside windows--either the area must be fairly edgy or someone needed to be locked in...

check the taxes paid last year and think about the A/C bill

I agree, it has 10 skylights. It's been on the market for 2 years, they started at 700K. It's under contract now. It's a very unique home and it has some nice features.
