Hi all,

I am new to the area, and desperately seeking a stylist to cut and color my hair (blonde, highlights and lowlights) in the McKinney/Frisco area. I tried Tony & Guy in Fairview and had a horrible experience!! Looking for a single stylist that I can depend on to cut and color at the same time, is that possible? I am used to going to a higher end salon in California (maybe $150-200ish for cut and color?). Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!!!!

Thank you!

I go to Sarah at Awesome Hair Color Salon in McKinney. I'll say that I have tried to be "mostly" blonde before and Sarah has made me look prettier than I ever have! She's super nice too. It's a little pricey but you get what you pay for at least!

I lived in DFW for 2 years and have went several places, but finally found "My" new stylist in the JC Penney on Montfort. It's not the best area, but the prices and the good work make up for it. I get a cut, style, & partial highlight for under $90. Rhonda is excellent, especially with color. It was hard to replace the stylist who I had for 15 years. Rhonda has been doing hair longer than I've been alive. I like her so much that I continue to go to her, despite my relocation to Austin.
Just thought I would mention it. Also, she is moving to a new JC Penney salon on Skillman & Tollway next week, in case you decide to go.

I go to Luke at Toni and Guy at Stonebriar and he is awesome!!!! I have short hair and he does a fabulous job cutting it. He is also a major perfectionist which is a bonus in my book!
