Hello Forum,
I finally got a chance to visit the Dallas area. Let me tell you, I LOVED IT! I am having trouble finding an area. I need some suggestions of areas that my children and I can live. Now I loved the Valley Ranch, Grapevine, and the Las Corlinas areas. I hear the the Coppell school district is one of the best. Those areas maybe too expensive for me. My renting budget is 1300 monthly, with a 3 bedroom. I need to live close to the Northlake Community College and the Medical District. It has to be in a safe neighborhood with a good middle and high school district. I prefer renting a house instead of an apartment. If the areas that I listed above are out of my price range, can anyone please suggest areas near the College and the Medical District that maybe more in my range? Thank you in advance.

I just did a search and you are correct, Coppell and Grapevine with a 3 bedroom in your budget doesn't have much. I checked Irving itself but didn't see anything that I would recommend to anyone. However, just a little bit north of Coppell is Lewisville and there are a lot of homes for lease in your price range.

Euless wouldn't be a bad choice. You can take back roads to Northlake......there are several surface roads if you want to avoid 114 or 183.
