Yeah for the serious flyers DFW is by far the better choice. Just more convenient in terms of access to different locations.

a buddy from work is looking at buying in this area, he loves the houses, but not too keen on the school district (Carrollton/Farmers Branch) so there are tradeoffs to that location.

Hackberry Creek's elementary school is very good, but my real estate agent told me that her clients tend to move after elementary school because it's downhill from there.
