Chambre Salon in Rowlett is a long-established full service salon that offers it all. Diana is the owner, and is generally held to be one of the most talented hair stylists in the area.

There's a salon type "mall" in Rockwall...near Kohl's. There's a lady in there named Sabrina. She rocks on color and style. I haven't been in a couple of years but I know several women who used her services and were always happy.

Pretty sure it's around $35-40 bucks; at least according to my wife.

BelFiore in Rockwall has never disappointed me. It's a spa as well. They have 2 locations, one at the Mansions and the other (where I've been) is off Ridge Road and Horizon.
