Maybe Frisco could be known as the capitol of chain restaurants in the world. Give the people what they want!

Lakewooder, that's "capital". Oh no, you're picking on the suburbs again!

Oh my I shall have to blame it on my new glasses...I have these triple vision things I am raising up and down...at least my sarcasm was not lost on you, Pintea! Maybe you can say it is the figurative Capitolium, where the rules are made for other suburbs to follow.

I have to admit it was funny. I guess my wish for independent restaurants will go unfulfilled.

Now, don't lose hope. You never know. There's probably a restaurateur or three out there that I'm sure would love to ply their trades in Frisco. Not everything has to be fast or semi-fast food.

The Abbey on Main Street has decent food and is independent. It's interior leaves a little to be desired of, but it has lots and lots of potential. Don't forget Double Dip. There are a couple local food places in Frisco. Sadly though, it's predominately chain restaurants.

I think the question we're posing is "What Restaurant Would You Like to See in Frisco?" On a side note, I'll give the Abbey a try sometime.

Inside the belt
Lakewooder, that's "capital". Oh no, you're picking on the suburbs again!
I always found it funny how the folks "inside the beltline" somehow felt that they were superior to those above the beltline. I heard things like "I never go above 635" or "Where is Frisco".
Look, if you live inside of 635, you don't live in the city. It is a suburb. In fact, the bit of city that exists (downtown), is not home to many residents.
