Bob Evans I believe made a brief pass thru the area and did not survive.
In-n-Out will never be in Texas.
We have already had Del Taco's here in the Dallas metroplex. Back in the 80's they were all over the place even more so than Taco Bueno. Don't know why they closed them all down here but they did.
While these places are not in Frisco........ if you want a really good down home burger then head to Kellys Eastside in downtown Plano, Kellers in Dallas on Northwest Highway and The Dairyette in Dallas on Ferguson. The last two have been around Dallas FOREVER! Long time Dallas institutions. The Dairyette also has homemade rootbeer and the car nuts hangout on the backlot of Keller's on Saturday nights.

Welcome to Texas BUT....since you are here, explore and enjoy what we have here instead of wishing Texas had the same things as where you came from. These United States are too generic already.

We are from the Midwest and we have had it with the Mexican restaurants and rib houses on every corner in Frisco. Everyone is all about spicy or greasy here. What ever happened to meat and potatos and homemade pies without having to go to a pricey upscale steak house?

What you want is a Babe's in Frisco. Homestyle cooking at it's best.

Maybe not, but I'd be careful about saying never. I have spoken with them for the last two of years at the ICSC convention in Vegas. As you know, they have slowly and cautiously been expanding eastward, and have voiced plans to eventually come here.

Shhh, I still need some excuses to go to Vegas or Tahoe In-n-Out is the cheapest excuse I have. That gambling addiction doesn't help me at all. Along w/ shopping

My wife and I were traveling back to Albuquerque from California, and we overheard at In-N-Out that they are going to Texas and New Mexico soon. FINALLY! Since I am contemplating a move to Dallas in a year, I would welcome that very much. Most likely, Dallas will be the first to receive an In-N-Out.

We are moving to Frisco soon and I plead with you to stop the maddness! We are from the midwest and the last thing I want to see is a Cracker Barrel when I get there!!
I do like the sound of Pappadeaux though!! The only other midwestern chain I would be excited about would be Maggiano's--GREAT Italian food!
I vote for more original, non-chain restaurants. I know my vote is meaningless until I live there, but I couldn't resist! Forgive me!
