Lightbulb What Restaurant Would You Like to See in Frisco?

Hi, gang. All you Frisco folks out there, come gather around the computer. Frisco is about to reach 100,000 residents. As you know, everything in Frisco is new. New houses, shops, offices, and certainly restaurants. Having driven around Frisco, the city does have quite a few choices, most near or on Preston Rd. I have yet to see a Dairy Queen, Whataburger, Taco Cabana, Saltgrass or Cracker Barrel built there. It's not to say it won't happen, but I'm a little surprised that those things haven't happened to this point, given the explosive growth. Do you have a favorite restaurant that is not in Frisco, but one that you'd like to see built in Frisco? Are you getting a little tired of driving to McKinney, Plano or Lewisville to enjoy your favorite meal? Let's dangle this carrot (no pun intended) and let us see what ideas or thoughts we can come up with.

I would like to see a Bahama Breeze, In-N-Out Burger, Dunkin Donuts, & Souper Salad in Frisco.

IIRC there was a Bahama Breeze where that car 50s type diner thing was before I moved (around the Olive Garden/Red Lobster restaurant) that apparently didn't do well.

Other than that I REALLY like Roma's that in The Colony and Little Elm, it's small and a hole in the wall type place but good food.

Saltgrass would be nice as well.

Are there Cracker Barrels in the area? I don't think I've seen any. There is one at almost every interstate exit in FL.

I think there is one but it's in Denton or Lewisville? Kind of far.

Good luck with In-N-Out. If they come to Frisco, that would be the first one in Texas.

Make sure you read my first post. Frisco does not have one yet. That's not to say they won't get one.

There's a Cracker Barrel at Grapevine Mills and one in Lewisville on 35.

I'm all for the Fazoli's and I don't even live in Frisco. The one I always went to in Irving is now a Taco Bueno.

I'm jealous of the Ritzy's that Frisco has, I love that place. Luckily we have one in Grapevine but I really want one closer to me.
