Honestly I lived in Rowlett, TX which is not far from Sachse at all and I encountered a few black people moving into the communities such as Waterview for instance. Also I l went to Sachse High School and the middle school and elementary schools over there are great as well Good luck and please don't settle in a day keep looking because DFW has a lot to offer on a lot of land. lol

I agree with what's been said. I lived in Rowlett, have family and friends in Sachse and Wylie, and next to that is North Garland. Like the poster said about all these towns running together is true. Firewheel Mall is considered North Garland but runs up against Sachse. There are lots of homes, restaurants, stores...I think everyone just sort of blends together in these areas. At least that's how I felt living there. I think you will have much luck finding something in any of these towns.
