I am looking into leasing a unit at Northbridge in the Village and wanted to hear any reviews that anyone may have, good or bad. From what I can tell, the complex is pretty clean and the nearby amenities are awesome.

I have friends who have lived there over the past 10 years. Almost everyone stayed for 2+ years so must be good! I like the units there & the attached garages. Pool area is nice.

Anytihng in the Village is well run & maintained.

I lived next door to Northbridge at the Bluffs in the mid 2000s. Northbridge is the "luxury" part of the village, I went in there a few times to visit friends, and was unimpressed. yes the apartments were bigger, and newer, but the significant rent premium in my opinion wasnt worth it. Fact is, you could live pretty much anywhere in the village and be just fine. I lived in the Bluffs (now torn down) and we had 2 pools, our own workout facility (separate from the big one at the country club), and it was gated restricted access. However, your mileage may vary. All in all though, the village is a great place to rent if you work in Dallas
