All;

Need some help with commute times -
1) How is it driving into the Dallas Executive Airport area(South Dallas) from Valley Ranch(tied to Coppell ISD)
2) The locations that I'm looking at in those areas takes me on I635 or I35 to the Dallas Executive Airport area(South Dallas)
3) How is the traffic on I635 and I35 with the start time of 7-8 AM from the Valley Ranch area?
4) What is the average commute time during the peak hours from Valley Ranch to Dallas Executive Airport area(South Dallas) and vice versa

Any information regarding this is much appreciated.

Thanks,

--------------
Note - I have another thread with the title - From Irving(Valley Ranch) / Copell ISD, please ignore that thread. i wanted to make the title more specific

1. Not my first choice but I'd take it over living in Red Bird.
2. You'll want to take I635 to I35E to Loop 12 to Hampton Rd to RBD (Dallas Executive). It's controlled access highway for all but the last 5 miles or so of your trip and a lot faster than jaunting through downtown Dallas on I35W.
3. Mindnumbingly bad. I635 from Bush to US75 is probably some of the worst traffic in the Metroplex. Once you hit Loop 12 it's not exactly fast but at least it's constantly moving.
4. It's 45mins - 1hr each way depending on traffic.
