Default Omni Hotel/Gold's Gym holding company moving to Oak Lawn area of Dallas from Las Colinas

Omni Hotels

"TRT Holdings is expected to announce Wednesday that it will build new offices with at least 170,000 square feet of space in the Old Parkland Hospital business campus on Maple Avenue in Oak Lawn.

...That project is being developed by Crow Holdings.

At the annual meeting of Downtown Dallas Inc. on Tuesday, president John Crawford said he sees the move as part of the “changing face of Dallas.”

“Now people are collecting in the central city,” he said, contrasting current patterns with the dispersion he saw in the past. “The whole inner city is taking on a fresh and different look.”

The apartments between there and Cedar Springs will probably all be redeveloped after this - I would not doubt that Crow is buying them up...
