Default Castle Hills

Currently, Castle Hills is an unincorporated area in Lewisville. I have heard there are plans for CH to be incorporated into the city of Lewisville. Does anyone know or heard anything about the timeline of this happening? If/when it does, how does it impact CH. One change is that the 1% Fresh water tax might come down.

Not sure. There are some new home builders out there like Darling. I'd call one of the models and strike up a conversation with one of the sales people. I bet they get asked this question alot, so they may have some good feedback. I like that Castle Hills area...very centrally located if your working any place other than Dallas proper.
