I have some questions about the area Criswell College is in (Near Baylor Hospital and Dallas Theological Seminary.) What would a studio or 1 bedroom apartment run within walking distance of the college? Also what type of jobs are available in the area?

It's a very mixed bag - you have Dallas Theological Seminary across the street (centered on Swiss and Live Oak actually). You have some run-down apartments, rooming houses, historic homes, mansions, newer apartments, garage apartments, servant's quarters, lofts in Deep Ellum, etc. You will have to do some research 'on the ground'. A good place to go for lunch would be Taco Joint on Peak. The Taco Joint - 911 N. Peak St, Dallas, TX Just ask around in there.. Does Criswell College provide info on housing? Housing is a big deal at the seminary...everyone loves to get one of their students as a tenant...

They are getting a second location soon too @ Mockingbird and Abrams. Glad to see them doing so well.
