My husband found a house he likes in Crandall, so my questions are how are the schools, and what is the area like, and would you recommend it.

Where will he be commuting to for work? Crandall is pretty rural and it's a long drive in to Dallas...

It's only 20 miles or so from downtown Dallas it is not far and it has great schools and a small town country feel to it. I have heard the water bills are really high though as well.
