My husband & I are relocating for Orange County,California to Sachse,Texas, I had alot of concerns about the area & flooding, we just flew out a few weeks ago in the middle of all these rain storms & weather,I heard about all the flooding on the news,so it was the right time to see for myself how the flooding would affect where we would live, I so no sign of flooding anywhere,it seems the far off older homes in other towns were affected terribly by the rains,but Garland,Sachse,Dallas were all fine, we found a beautiful home over 4000 sq ft,for a very reasonable $309,000, we could not have even dreamed of such a beautiful home in California, aside from a bit too much humidity I think it will be a good experience...
