Where do you get your news about the DFW area - and specifically about your town - from? Online? Which sites? Do you get a newspaper delivered? Magazines?

I read the daily editions of Star Telegram and Dallas Morning News online, and check it about 4 times a day. Seeing that I'm a desk jockey, it's easy for me to keep up with the news in the metroplex from my desk.

Besides what has been listed above, I also like channel 8 news and weather and I'll check their website several times a day:

I am a fan of fox FOUR (because thats how they say it) news and especially their weather. I check their website several times a day too. They also have great access to streaming news which is great during bad weather (you can take the laptop to the closet and still be watching the weather for tornado updates).

I am a Fox 4 news fan in the morning and occasional watcher on Channel 5 NBC. We subscribe to Dallas Morning News but rarely read it except sports. I am old school about reporting I don't give a dam about the opinions of reporters or their bosses.

It annoys me when both sides of an issue are not presented.

I watch WFAA in the morning- love the line up. Although two are out on maternity leave right now so it's kind of off. And I watch Fox 4 at 9pm- love Heather and Steve, along with Dan Henry and Saul.

WFAA is a joke. That is some of the worst reporting I have ever seen. They can't get even the basic facts right on most of their stories. They are in such a rush to be *first* that they skip the actual research.
