I think your referring to Pro-Cuts. sometimes they offer cuts for as low as $5.00.

There are two barbers shops on Main in Lewisville, one at the southwest corner of Main & Old Orchard, another at the southwest corner of Main & Garden Ridge (which, come the think of it is technically Flower Mound). Both cut hair for $9, no coupon and do a good job.
