Do not overspend in 75081. Cost could vary according to the builder standards and upgrades. Take estimates and still keep some extra money for unexpected issues. I have seen great Ventura, Pinnacle and Sharif homes and their owners were all praises for the building experience.

Default Home builder

I am looking for a new house, but does not like Hoa . Then decide to buy old home, tear it down, and build new one. I know nothing about the process, builder. I talked to d. Weekly home builder. 75081 is not their territory. Any recommendation for home builder? Budget about 150 k -200k for construction. Thanks

That budget is not going to get much in custom building. Google builders my lot Dallas and see what you find.

Much easier to look at the tons of older houses not in HOA areas and buy one of them.

Unique Properties, Kaspar, John Houston Custom, Grand View Builders, and many others. Just google 'home remodelling near Richardson TX' or like Belle says and be sure to get references and bids from more than 1 company. Be sure they offer signed contracts!

If your $150-200k does not include the purchase price of the land just construction, and you are buying a normal .10-.25 of an acre then I disagree with Belle, it would get you plenty of house.

Shariff Munir is the fanciest home builder in Dallas, with projects featured in ads in Architectural Digest. Check with some one down at your price point.

Speak to Our Country Homes. They build a very nice and decked out home for $95 anywhere in the metroplex. Homes have 8' doors, distressed wood floors, granite in kitchen and baths, very energy efficient homes too.

If you need a contact for the person in charge of the build on your lot program, drop me a DM.
