Can anyone suggest a good apartment place in Deep Ellum. Btw...what are the apartments that back up against the DART green line between the Baylor Medical stop and the Deep Ellum one? They seem no older than about 15 years old.

Are you referring to the Ambrose Broadstone, off Malcolm X and Indiana? They're actually much newer than 15 years old.

I've never lived there but I always liked the way these looked. But they're not super cheap. What's your budget?

The Marquis at Gaston is also over there; maybe you are thinking of those apartments? Camden Farmers Market is just on the other side of the freeway from Deep Ellum but it is not a bad walk - takes about 5 minute.

The Marquis on Gaston is indeed the one. I took the Green line and saw some signs as the train snaked its way through that area.
