GADS, I'm SOOOO dreading that day. Maybe they will just stay down in Crawford. More than likely the whole Bush clan will be at their compound in the northeast and only come to Texas "for show". What does that tell you about someone??? Cheney has no plans to come back does he? I hope not.

PS, Lakewooder, when you find those t-shirts "Native Texan, I did NOT vote for Bush", let me know. I'll take a couple dozen and even a bumper sticker or two.

Yes, Sr used to live in the penthouse at the hotel in Houston so that is where the whole "he does not really LIVE IN Texas" thing came from.

I REFUSE to call 190 the George Bush Turnpike. I say 190, short, simple and sweet. Know some that just say, "the bush" .

Most of my UK and French friends are really not that insulting - they put it more like, "what is Bush doing?" and expressing exasperation.

Actually I need another shirt that says, "Bush was not born in Texas".

I'm sure they will live in Frisco. It's THE place to be.

And we likewise wish we could give San Antonio to Mexico. That city is so....gross.

Anyways, I think the Bushs' will either live in the The Park Cities or Preston Hollow, should they come to Dallas.

I heard he was really interested in moving to Lakewood. I'm really pulling for Lakewood. He must have seen all the work going on along West Lawther on the hike and bike trail.

I'm pretty sure they are building a house in Highland Park...I personally would rather see him crawl under a rock!

Lakewood would be too bland for them - unless they like volunteering hundreds of hours in the schools and participating in the neighborhood crime watch. Besides, judging from prior posts about the attidude of "Lakewooders" towards those that are wealthy, they might feel shunned.
