I was looking into moving in the North Texas area & had heard that HISTORYMAKER was a good builder to work with (our price range by the way is $140-$170). I have never heard of them & just curious if anyone has had an experience with them (the good, bad, & ugly)???

I've been looking at them myself. Wasn't at first, but price increases have left them to be about the only builder in the area we're looking that is still in our price range.

They seem very nice and have answered all of my questions with great knowledge so far. I saw some good feedback about them just searching this forum (from people in Waco area, I think). I'd also be interested in hearing the good and bad from anyone here who has built with them. I'm more interested to hear about how well they hold up 10-15 years later. I see some houses here that are only 10-15 years old and have deteriorated worse than 100 year old houses. I'm sure a lot of it is maintenance, too.
