I managed to find Challah bread this morning at the Tom Thumb in Plano but am not terribly impressed with the quality of the bread. Anyone know of a good bakery that makes Challah (twisted egg bread)?

Milk and Honey on Coit. It's also certified kosher under the Dallas va'ad. Call up the owner Gadi and put in a pre-order to make sure you get some on Friday afternoon. It's the only decent store bought challah we've found since moving to Dallas. 972-404-0704
