Auto Accident Lawyer Recommendations (Dallas, Miami: insurance, lawsuit, suite)

My wife was involved in an accident last week where she was rearended from a dead stop. The driver was doing around 40 to 50 mph when he hit her. Thank god she made it our with minimal injuries, but no we are finding out that the driver (17 year old) has minimal insurance.

We are looking for a lawyer to review our case and to make sure we are covered incase down the road the injuries get worse.

We are located North of the airport, looking for some lawyer recommendations as they are a dime a doozen down here and we just don't know.

As a claims adjuster I would not reccomment getting a lawyer. A lawyer will only eat away at your profits, however, it depends on the insurance company you are dealing with. Most of the large ones won't have a problem paying out what is owed. It doesn't sound like you will have a problem getting money from the insurance company, but other than that, a 17 year old won't have much else to offer, so getting $$$ out of him won't happen.
