Question Have 3 small dogs, need nice apartment

I am moving to Dallas in 2 months, and plan to rent an apartment for the first 6-12 months. My problem is that I have 3 small dogs, and most places have a 2-pet maximum. Does anyone know of a nice place in Valley Ranch/Irving, Farmers Branch, Addison, Carrollton, Plano, Lewisville, or Grapevine that would take 3 dogs? Thanks!

Hello my name is Tyler i moved out to dallas/carolton/addison area just 4 months ago. We have 2 large dogs and a med dog (med and 1 large is up for adoption to anyone with a good yard for them to run in very sweet family dogs who have been trained)

Anyways the complex doesnt know about them they dont know about most peoples dogs here at Timberglen Apartment Homes Dallas, Tx 75287

I dont know if there going to start pushing more on registeriong yourdogsor limit to how many you can have or not. But the reason most people dont pay is cause its kinda costly.

$250 Down Pet Deposit (1 time fee)
$250 per dog (1 time fee)
$5 per month/ per dog

We rescued our dogs from shelters and from people who couldnt take care of there own and needed to give to better homes. So if you can hide your dogs your better off. Everyone has dogs there not paying for out here and the workers here dont really care if you have a dog they wont tell and also some people up front in the main office.

There stepping up security here at night my car was stolen 2 weeks ago and found stripped completly, theres been cars broken into, tire slashings. People are watching more and so are police. There is security patroling everynight to all the nearby complexing.

Thats all the info i can give you on this one.

There is a mans best friend located in Carolton off of Westgrove and Trinity Mills. Thats where im found alot with my dogs they love there day care. If you find somewhere around here that allows more dogs for a good price and rent is good let me know ide be interested.

Try a private rental; you're unlikely to find one of the big box corporate complexes willing to take three dogs, three cats, three anything.

The reason pet deposits are costly, is because animals trash the apartment. It takes a LOT to get the animal smell out of the carpet, etc. after you move out.

Small dogs are somewhat different but, IMO, it's not fair to an animal to keep them couped up inside an apartment. And even small dogs get way too hyper as apartment dwellers, because they don't get enough exercise.

Children more than dogs trash apartments. Dogs may go on the carpets, but that is easily cleaned. Apartments charge a deposit that will pay for the carpet cleaning. There is no reason, other than greed, to charge a pet deposit!
