Default Feedback on Towns of Chapel Hill Plano

We were looking for a town house to rent in an area that would allow our daughter to go to a good elementary school. We narrowed down on Towns of Chapel Hill which would let our 5 yr old to go to Barksdale Elementary. Any feedback on the apartment community will be appreciated and will help us in making a decision.
We also looked at La Ventura, but they do not have any vacancies for Dec 1st..

Try The apartments all along Renner Road West of 75 (N Central Expressway) where it crosses Alma--3600 Alma Road (Prairie Creek Villas) has nice apts that mimic townhomes/2floors and garage/pool/gym; 280 W. Renner has 3 br w/2-car garage, pool (additional 1' kiddie pool), 24/7 fitness center, etc. (The Homes at Prairie Springs). Great location!!!! There is another set of apts on Renner but can't remember their name. It's furter west by 1/2 mile of these two I mentioned. Between Custer and Alma Road on Renner Road.

Good luck!

P.S. They are technically a Richardson address with a Plano school system. These fall on the border of Plano in Richardson.

We just relocated from NJ to these because of Corporate housing and now we moved to a temorary place for 9 months until we get a house because we weren't sure at the time where in TX we wanted to live.

We rented there for one year and loved it! Barksdale is a wonderful school, and you can walk there over the little bridge they have at the back of the apartment complex.
Good location, great place to live.
