Other than the ridiculous name? My kid and I drove past and went WTF? No hills, no estates, and Beverly Elementary is at least 3-4 miles away.

It's Plano but not PISD. This community feeds into Frisco ISD. No idea about the quality of construction but homes have plenty of cosmetic upgrades, zero lots.

Supposedly, all their houses come with a swimming pool. That development looks small, and I don't expect them to have a community pool or club house or some sort.

If you have your own private pool than you don't use public pool anyways. Smaller communities are better according to my experience, people watch out for each other.

I purchased a megatel home recently in a different neighborhood. Havent closed on it yet though. The houses they build are amazing. All the upgrades are standard.

I called about it when they broke ground. I love the area. The only issue I have is the price (holly sticker shock) and the fact it is Frisco ISD and not Plano ISD

No, their homes don't come with a pool and since the neighborhood is small, there is no neighborhood pool either but has an excellent location.

Small community that will have 50 homes only. Lot size is 55 X 115 and they have 2 wedge lots that are much larger.

They build really nice homes. If you go to the model, everything is standard except for the wood floors and the speakers.

The builder is energy star certified too. They are a small company that is growing in leaps and bounds. They only have 8 people in the corporate office and they sold 351 homes last year alone. They are also expanding to other parts of the country. One of the owners is very hands on.

As far as the name of the neighborhood, that was chosen a few years ago by the original developer and the street names all have California names and were picked by the city of Plano.

They have 8 floorplans in this neighborhood 1 - 1 story and the others are 2 story homes. They range from 329K to 429K and you have the option of adding space.

Naima

It's a good location and homes are nicely packaged, only draw back is Frisco schools. When people buy in Plano, they want PISD schools.
