Default 4-2 cost in Colleyville?

Is is possible to get a 4 bedroom, 2+ bath in Colleyville for around $210K? I have looked at move.com, but do not know if the slumping market has lowered the actual selling price versus the listing price.

For the 3rd quarter, Colleyville's real estate stats are:

Total number of sales 386, which is up 1% from the 2nd quarter
Median price $450,000, which is up 12% from the 2nd quarter
Average days on the market - 58
Square foot price average $135/sq foot

So no housing slump in Colleyville.

cheapest I saw in Colleyville were around 240k. We looked at some in the low 300's and they needed loads of work. Gapevine had had better priced homes, but the lots were smaller.
Colleyville sells, reputation alone will keep prices pretty steady.
