Check with Bradfield/each of the schools on the individual status of their grade levels. If the grade is overenrolled, you will spill over to the alternate school with the lowest enrollment - most likely Armstrong. All the schools are very full (space constraints leading to portables at all the campuses).

I was told that when I got to the school way early to register. Not exactly true. The administrator said it never really happens but is always talked about.

200K condos would be off of Hillcrest in the SMU area. There aren't many, but the ones there are there are older units directly west of Hillcrest from Mockingbird all the way to Snider Plaza area.

There are also cheap, no frills rentals in the area, as well as off Lomo Alto between Lovers & University. The ones off L A aren't in city of UP, but they are zoned for HPISD and start in the 875/month range for a 1 bedroom.

I'm sure a few folks wanting to be in the school district live in those places.
