I am really hooked to this poll thing. Here is another one. I really love this neighborhood and it feeds to my children's elementary school. There are four homes available, which one looks like a better package?

Most expensive house is my favorite but least expensive property is a good deal. You can spend savings to update it to your liking. It depends on if you want a move in or to customize one to your taste.

Shady Oaks is under contract. It's a nice house with a great outside area. (i considered putting in an offer, but it was just a little too small and what i felt to be incredibly overpriced).

I also visited Cypress Dr. It needs A LOT of renovation and is laid out really poorly. I felt the living room was also really small. The outside area has a lot of potential and looks back on a creek... but the house was just... if you can "Property Brothers" it, could be good, but i'm talking about tearing it down to the studs and renovating it back up (not just a room... the whole downstairs at minimum). And only 2 car garage...

This is a tough decision. Shady Oaks is already gone so three left in race. I'll have plenty of extra left to update Cypress Point but yeah two car garage is a negative. It's pretty much between Stone & Vicki now.
