I'm looking for a 1-2 bedroom apartment/townhome with a small backyard in Addison/Far North Dallas or possibly even West Plano. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I've done some research and haven't found very many apartments with small backyards.
I have two dogs and I currently live in a small apartment in West Plano with barely a patio and very few small grassy areas for dogs. Apartments or town homes near a park would also be acceptable. Not necessarily looking for a dog park, just a regular park nearby to walk my dogs.
I'm trying to move closer to Addison to be closer to work.
Price range: Trying to stay under $1,000.

waterford court off marsh lane in addison is a quiet townhome style apartment with attached garages that I'd recommend. I lived there for a year before relocating to dallas for my new job.
It is within your budget as well. The first floor apartments usually have a little background and there is plenty of places nearby to walk your dogs.
