Like him or not, the opening of the George W. Bush Presidential Center adds another jewel to the crown of Dallas, and in my honest opinion truly makes Dallas a World Class City!!

Dallas has a lot more that makes it world class than any of those cities, this just adds to what we already have.

You forgot Little Rock, AR. The Clinton Presidential Library (aka the trailer over the river).
