realtor.com
I need a 4/4 house in Richardson and my price range is $2000-2500 depending on the house and schools. Realtor.com has only three in my range, which one is a better choice for a family with two elementary school children and a preschool baby? Any area residents? Is this a good pocket and which schools are good? Are there other homes on some other rental website?

All three are in a very good area and feed to good schools. First two feed to Stinson which is a well loved school, there are good preschools and a reputable montessori nearby.Go with the one that looks nicer in person and is more functional for your needs.

I like middle one. It has good curb appeal and kitchen is nice. I second Stinson, its a good school.

I really liked one on Elk Springs but it came on market after I signed contract for another one and I didn't want to loose my deposit.
