Default Helicopter/Aviation mechanics needed for info

I am a helicopter mechanic currently working a contract in Iraq and I am looking to move to the Dallas area to work for Eurocopter or Bell. Those are my first two choices anyway. I need some insider info, work atmosphere, benefits, starting pay, that kind of thing or other possible leads. I have only worked on Bell 406 OH-58d's. I spent ten years in the Army working on them and have been a contractor for 1 1/2 years over here.

I'm a 58d mech in temple tx. Maybe we can swap some info... I can contact the seinior field engineer for the new AHR program in Dallas and see what they got going on for work. I do know the bell plant has guys that work on 58d's all the time at textron in Ft Worth I drive up there once and awhile to pick up pilots when we deliver 58d's for the safety improvement program. They all seem to pay pretty well... I've been trying to get on contract to Iraq for the longest time. Haven't had any good leads as far as who to talk to and I'm ready to go at any time. More info at i8av10@yahoo.com.
