"development is exponential W. of Custer now and is a prime area."

Got this great quote from another thread.

The Heights of Westridge is the only option that fits this description in the thread that I know of so far.

Does anyone know of another subdivision with Frisco ISD schools in the mid 200's range? Built 2008 to 2013?

Thanks!!!!!

One of the only neighborhoods you will find a house built after 2008 under $250,000 in Frisco with Frisco ISD will be Panther Creek.I think new subdivisions under $250,000 popping up in Frisco with Frisco ISD in the future will be scarce.....

Here is a listing in Panther Creek....

If you're willing to go a further east 3 miles to McKinney, there's Craig Ranch, Aspendale, Stone Hollow, and Brookstone neighborhoods all feeding into the Frisco ISD in your price range.
