Are there any quality outlets for home items: furniture, bedding, accessories. In the Dallas area?

Weirs has an outlet behind Cafe Madrid on Buena Vista near Knox St in Dallas.
Crate and Barrell outlet on Inwood between 35 and the Trinity River.

I don't think those are any better on price than regular store most of the time unless they are having big sale
most of the stores aren't really "outlets" per se...
and any Burlington is going to be like the one in Grapevine Mills...

check the Home Goods stores--
they have linens, some clothing, kitchen ware, some furniture and rugs
price can be bargain or "you get what you pay for" meaning quality is not that great to start with
I think their lamps are usually a good buy but selection depends on what is in stock since you can't order anything specific--they CAN check stock by calling other stores though

check Tuesday Morning--
again bedding, rugs, kitchen items although not as much as Home Goods, some furniture and lamps but the store's stock depends on the store size...larger stores have more stock/selection...
return policy is fair though

there are many consignment stores for furniture in Dallas area and second-hand/used furniture with varying levels of quality

For furniture lightly used, there are some great options in the Dallas area. From higher end at the Consignment store on Beltline near NDT to the consigneree in Plano, Lakeside shopping center, this is the only way to go.

There are some GREAT consignment & resale stores around the Park Cities and on Riverfront in the Design District. I bought a $12,000 table for about $1600 at one of them. It was a showroom sample that has slight dings on the feet. With all our dining room chairs at the table, you would never ever know!

Area 25
Consignment Heaven
Again & Again (she repairs & sells vintage furniture)
Antiques Moderne

The estate sales in the Park Cities and Preston Hollow are also amazing!! Far better finds than at a furniture outlet or the local chains like Freed's or Weir's.

Thanks for the tips! I will check them out after my move in August.
FYI, For anyone else interested in this topic, I was just in Dallas this week getting ready for the move. I went to the Peacock Alley outlet, it was fab!

I like the Home Goods store. I can always find some nice things at their place.
