redneck heaven restaurant in lewisville (Dallas, Haltom City: home, living in, restaurants)

I never been there. After seeing this I want to go! They have three locations in DFW.

Redneck Heaven waitresses have been wearing some skimpy outfits lately and Lewisville police received a few complaints about it. On occasion, the restaurant has ABC days which mean "Anything But Clothes." Some girls wear body paint and pasties instead of bikini tops.

Police went to investigate the complaints. They decided not to cite the restaurant but the police department still wanted clarification from the council on the wording of the ordinance.

I think the place is a sexually-oriented business...it's practically a nudie bar.

I think it should have blacked-out windows and they should be checking ID at the door. I personally would never eat there. I don't think it should be shut down, but it should have to follow the same guidelines that a strip club does.

I really like bone daddys. Its the best of the restaurants in this category. Their food is fantastic BBQ.

I've been there once with a group of guys for a bikini bike wash. They are a bit more risque than the other types of breasturants but they're definitely nowhere near the level of a strip club or sexually oriented business.

There are quite a few bars in Dallas that do body painting from time to time, but I guess what's acceptable in Dallas is not in Lewisville. I think this is just going to give them more business.

I saw this story on the news - I really don't care one way or the city of Lewisville allows waitresses to wear, but did find it kind of funny that one of the waitresses was shown with the stars and bars painted on her body, so the message is here in Texas that past illusions to slavery are perfectly acceptable, side boob is not. I love living in this state.

That place sounds tacky and trashy as hell. Fits right in with north Texas.

DH and I have been to the one in Haltom City. Food was nothing to write home about, and beers were not cheap. Personally, I prefer Bone Daddy's, which at least has good BBQ.

I ate lunch there once. The food was not very good and I won't go back. That said it's not even close to a nudie bar.
