Okay. But it is Oxygen and hydrogen. Perhaps you are right though. I know the oil industry has to protect the water table by the sinking in of at least two casings. But I would check on that. Actually, I'm holding off digging a well myself for the reason I gave. In case of emergency.

I should have been more clear. Land has mineral rights and land has water rights which are separate.

You can sell your Mineral rights but that does not include rights to your water.
