I have done Las Colinas to downtown in flat 20 minutes 90% of the days for 2 years. It is really not that bad. In fact, I went royal ln/ riverside dr to Main Street near comerica towers! Evening it took about the same. I am talking about peak traffic time 7:30-8:30am and 5:30-6:30pm
