I am wrong with my last statement. I noticed these high ceiling patios for lot of Grand homes in my area. I guess, they have valuated ceilings inside. Some of them have 2 levels of patios and they are cool.

Well the first delay in construction is upon us....thanks to mother nature. The forms were set to be put in today to get ready for foundation. That's just mother nature for ya!!! Guess I should expect more weather delays since we are probably in that every week or two rain cycle.
