Rumor mill: Cowboys training moving into "sports central" Frisco | www.pegasusnews.com | Dallas/Fort Worth

This would be fantastic for Frisco and Collin County if it happens....

Pretty much a done deal. Jerry is always going against the grain though as most teams seem to be moving closer to their stadiums these days.

Makes good sense since Blue Star owns a ton of acreage north as well for the next residential development by Jerry's company. It is all the way up on NDT and 380. This development in southern Frisco will push the development up further North faster.

They will have to fire the general manager to do that.... but Jerry wont fire himself. Texans are soon to be Texas's team. America's team is starting to be a bad joke and not fit the Cowboys

I'm rooting for the Packers this year.

Meh

They don't even play or practice in Dallas County much less the City of Dallas. I've lost most of my respect for the Cowboys over the years from all of the bad publicity & have a new team to root for...Texas' new team. Yeah, the ones that play & practice in their own city.

The Cowboys can't even win a simple scrimmage game fit for a high school team. We'll know on the 29th.

This is a win/win for Frisco. Frisco ISD gets a dome stadium on the weekends and the Cowboys get it during the week. I'm sure the split the cost which helps both parties. I can see this becoming a trend. Allen payed mega-bucks for it's highschool stadium and it sits vacant the vast majority of the time. I would be nice to split that cost with someone else.

Why can't they practice in Valley Ranch like they used to? At least its in Dallas County.

Its not about costs...well maybe with the school district. Jerry has the money to do what ever he wants where ever he wants.
