A small organic farm in Arlington, Texas, was the target of a massive police action last week that included aerial surveillance, a SWAT raid and a 10-hour search.
Texas Police Hit Organic Farm With Massive SWAT Raid

When this is said and done I will bet there is a planning use official behind this. A good lawyer can depose a few people and bring this up. If true, then under TX law Sovereign Immunity will be waived.

Let's not forget that Arlington did the Church lady thing a few years before.

So they found no marijuana, and they used the SWAT team for a potential code violation. Nice.

I saw this posted in CD's Garden Forum a couple of days ago (see: Can you tell the difference between marijuana plants and tomato plants?) where they were really having a lot of fun with it.

A few days ago I got an email about this (already making the rounds as a joke) Doesn't take long, does it?

Arlington has a pretty ****ty police department, so this is no surprise tbh. All they do is harass.

Arlington has a pretty ****ty police department, FROM FIRST HAND EXPERIENCE. All they do is harass. Even Mansfield cops make fun of APD. This comes as no surprise tbh. They deserve to be criticized.

Arlington does not have the greatest police department. all they do, in my humble opinion, is harass people. This case being an OBVIOUS and documented example of that. Even the Mansfield cops I knew, which were nice and friendly cops, made fun of APD. So, I'm not surprised that this happened at all, considering the police department.
