Here we go. Pic of one of our visitors. Most are a darker brownish color, but this guy was a nice shiny shade of green.

That's an anole. Cutest little critters. They change colors depending on their surroundings. They actually sell them at Petsmart and Petco. Cracks me up because I have zillions in my yard.

Yup green anole. I used to keep them as pets back in the day. They do a funny head bob and make their throats big and red.

Cracks me up when they do that. My guess is it's a mating thing? Looks like they're going to vomit!

found a translucent beige one running in my kitchen last night-- caught him and threw outside
I am so afraid I will step on them when I am barefooted--which I have done before--
that is creepy...and squishy...

I live in a small town in the south and when I say lizards run rampant I mean they are everywhere and I have a couple that live in my house with me and every time I sit down and watch TV they come over and sit on the table beside me just watch me while I watch TV! I have watch these lizards chase down roaches and eat them, take them flies and eat them, and even crawl on my dog when he’s asleep I try to eat the fleas off of it but never have they hired any of us! Also, since the lizards moved in with my luck has gotten better so my advice is keep them around and the more the merrier!

I saw a bunch in my yard yesterday...the most I've seen since we have lived here. Do they eat bugs or anything? If not, you are welcome to ours.
