Total lost on day 34 is 27 lbs. I can keep it off, once it is off!

I bet you told yourself the same thing when you lost weight on Weight Watchers in your 20s. I hope you're the exception to the rule.

hcg diet
I am starting HCG next week, I have been "studying" all that I can find written about it , and I agree with call 1960, it is a lifestyle change, and I say whatever works is worth a try. Weight loss is a personal choice and promoting healthy eating habits may just what I need to get past this depressed feeling that I will always be overweight. It's all about timing and committment.... so wish me luck!

The difference is that hCG is actually helping to heal the Hypothalamus.

hcg
Treat and Go Clinics in Waco prescribe the HCG protocol. They are a lot less expensive than many of the clinics that specialize in weight loss. I did my first run there and now I am using the internet for supplies.
I lost 30lbs the first time. My husband also lost 30 and hasn't gained any back. He finished in Dec. I wanted to lose more.

If you are diabetic you really have to monitor closely. Since taking the first week of the hcg my glucose level is almost normal. Actually better than when I was on medication

Losing weight is not that difficult. I personally don't believe in pills or shots because even if they work they are only short term solutions. For moderate weight loss simply do the followering.
1. Moderate Exercise (I walk the track at my sons middle school)
2. Stop drinking soft drinks (I drink the fruit flavored waters at Walmart)
3. Lower your intake of fried foods (I try to avoid all fried foods)
These three moderate lifestyle changes will cause you to lose weight and more importantly increase your stamina. I lost 25lbs and have kept it off.

go to myweightlosscure.com it has lots of info and a link to all day chemist, the hcg comes from China. The nurses at work first tried this out. If you are on this protocol you have to self inject so you might as well save money at the same time. You'll have to buy supplies at various websites. You need bacteriostatic water, sterile glass vial, syringes, and a mixing syringe. You can get the syringes from some pharmacies or order direct online. By the time you order everything for a 40 day protocol you will probably spend less than $60. I have helped at least 8 of my coworkers get there supplies and coached them on how to mix and what to eat. If losing weight were as easy as some people think there wouldn't be such a demand for the hcg. The skeptics that I work with are now believers!! Now they have to tell their own skeptics that they used to think the same way. I have one lady I helped who has lost 45lbs in 35 days. She refused to stop. She said she has never felt better (at keast the last 20yrs) My doctor may never prescribe hcg but he acknowleges that it is working for several of his patients, His only caution to me was "don't lose too much weight" actually that isn't possible on this diet. I no longer take med for diabeties, bp, or cholesterol Dr says I don't need them anymore!!

I am not necessarily the exception. I have lost weight, but I am just average. I have kept the weight off and will do the work to keep it off.

You're an RN and you don't realize that diet and exercise is the only way to really lose weight and be healthy? Go back to school please.
