From DNT and Parker in traffic it will be around 30 minutes to get to the DNT NW Hwy exit I think. However that exit is just terribly clogged, I don't know how much time at that stop light, but looks really bad when I pass it on my way to Wycliff.

Short cut from Lakewood to Love is through/around SMU on University to Lemmon.
